Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain words, what personal information this website collects, why, where it goes, and how you can have it removed. We collect the minimum needed to respond to a property enquiry, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, the type of property you are looking for, and an optional budget range. The form also records which page you enquired from, so we know what you were reading. We do not collect email addresses, documents, or payment details through this site.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: so our team can contact you about your property enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with other dealers, marketers, or data brokers.
Where your information goes
- Our team directly, enquiries reach the Shivam Properties team for follow-up.
- WhatsApp, if you choose the WhatsApp option, your message travels through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
- Lead-handling service, form submissions may pass through a form-processing webhook we operate, used only to deliver your enquiry to us.
- Analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record anonymous page-visit statistics when you have accepted analytics cookies. Your name and phone number are never sent to them, deliberately and by design: enquiry events carry only the property interest, area and budget you selected.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, so we can respond if you return to the market. We may retain a record longer where the law requires it or a dispute is active. If you ask us to delete your details, we delete them unless a legal obligation requires limited retention.
Cookies
Three categories, and they do not all behave the same way:
- Strictly necessary, always on. These keep the site working and remember the cookie choice you make. They identify no one.
- Analytics, on by default, and you can switch it off. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record anonymous, aggregate statistics telling us which guides and calculators visitors actually use. See what runs by default for exactly what that means.
- Advertising & retargeting, off until you turn it on. Cookies such as the Meta Pixel that would let us show you Bhiwadi property ads on other platforms after you leave. These never run unless you switch them on yourself.
Change either setting at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer, or Manage preferences on the cookie notice. Switching analytics off never blocks any content on this site.
What runs by default
This depends on where you are, and we would rather set that out plainly than hide it behind the word "consent".
If you are in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland: nothing runs until you say so. No analytics, no Microsoft Clarity, no cookies of any kind beyond the one that remembers your choice. You get a clear prompt with Accept analytics and Reject side by side, and rejecting is a single click. This is the opt-in model the GDPR requires, and we apply it to you whichever page you arrive on.
Everywhere else, including India: analytics is on by default and you can switch it off at any time. Advertising cookies remain off in every region until you turn them on yourself. The rest of this section describes that default.
We detect the region from your browser's own timezone setting. Nothing is sent anywhere to work it out, there is no location lookup, and we do not store it.
One exception, stated plainly: our advertising landing pages. Pages whose address begins with /lp/ exist only as destinations for paid Google and Meta campaigns. On those pages, and only those, both analytics and advertising cookies are switched on for every visitor without asking first, so that the campaign being paid for can be measured. You will not reach one of these pages from search or from our menus; you get there by clicking an advert. Everything on the rest of this site follows the regional rules above, and you can still switch both categories off from Cookie Settings in the footer, which applies everywhere including there.
- Analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity start immediately, without waiting for you to click anything. That covers which pages were viewed, which calculators were used and which buttons were clicked, as aggregate statistics.
- Advertising and retargeting cookies are NOT set. Nothing follows you to other websites. The Meta Pixel does not load unless you switch that category on.
- Your name and phone number are never sent to Google or Microsoft. Enquiry events carry only the property interest, area and budget you selected. Your contact details go to us, and only to us.
- Microsoft Clarity may record how you move around a page, which we use to find confusing layouts and broken forms. Form fields are masked.
Why analytics defaults on: this is a small business site, and with an opt-in-only model we were effectively blind to which guides help buyers and which pages are broken. The data is aggregate and carries no contact details. If you would rather not be counted, one click in Cookie Settings turns it off and it stays off.
Your choices
- You can browse every page of this site without submitting any personal information.
- To have your details corrected or deleted, message us on WhatsApp at +91 90500 93000 or visit our office (Open daily 10 AM – 6 PM · closed on 26 Jan, 15 Aug & Diwali). State the name and number you submitted, and we will remove them.
