This page explains, in plain words, what personal information this website collects, why, where it goes, and how you can have it removed. We collect the minimum needed to respond to a property enquiry, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, the type of property you are looking for, and an optional budget range. The form also records which page you enquired from, so we know what you were reading. We do not collect email addresses, documents, or payment details through this site.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: so our team can contact you about your property enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with other dealers, marketers, or data brokers.
Where your information goes
- Our team directly, enquiries reach the Shivam Properties team for follow-up.
- WhatsApp, if you choose the WhatsApp option, your message travels through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
- Lead-handling service, form submissions may pass through a form-processing webhook we operate, used only to deliver your enquiry to us.
- Analytics, if measurement tools (such as Google Analytics) are active, they record anonymous page-visit statistics. They do not receive your name or number from our forms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period after, in case you return to the market. If you ask us to delete your details, we do so.
Cookies
We group cookies into three categories, and you choose two of them:
- Strictly necessary, always on. These keep the site working and remember the cookie choice you make. They identify no one.
- Analytics (only with your consent), anonymous statistics, such as Google Analytics, that tell us which guides and calculators visitors actually use.
- Advertising & retargeting (only with your consent), cookies such as the Meta Pixel that allow us to show you relevant Bhiwadi property ads on other platforms after you leave this site.

- To have your details corrected or deleted, message us on WhatsApp at +91 919050093000 or visit our office (Open daily 10 AM – 6 PM · closed on 26 Jan, 15 Aug & Diwali). State the name and number you submitted, and we will remove them.
