Yes. On the Rajasthan RERA register: RAJ/P/2017/162 (ASHOKA - COSMOS GREENS); RAJ/P/2017/163 (EWS / LIG - COSMOS GREENS); RAJ/P/2018/870 (LOTUS - COSMOS GREENS). Cosmos holds three separate registrations by block. Ask us which one covers the specific flat you are considering, because the block decides the number. Check the number yourself on the official portal rather than taking a brochure's word for it, and note the correct term is RERA-registered: no authority "approves" a project, so a brochure claiming otherwise is telling you something about the seller. These projects are delivered, so a registration that has since run its term is the normal end of its lifecycle rather than a warning sign.
