Is Terra Heritage RERA-registered?
Yes. On the Rajasthan RERA register: RAJ/P/2017/157 (Terra Heritage). Check the number yourself on the official portal rather than taking a brochure's word for it, and note the correct term is RERA-registered: no authority "approves" a project, so a brochure claiming otherwise is telling you something about the seller. These projects are delivered, so a registration that has since run its term is the normal end of its lifecycle rather than a warning sign.
Do you have units for sale in Terra Heritage right now?
