Is MVL Coral RERA-registered?
No, and we have checked rather than assumed. MVL Coral does not appear in the Rajasthan RERA register for District Alwar. The only MVL entry there is MVL The Palm (RAJ/P/2018/618), a different project. This is consistent with MVL Coral predating RERA and being delivered, and it means there is no registration number for this project to quote. This is the normal position for a township of this age: RERA came into force in 2017 and a project completed before it was never required to register. It is not a defect, but it does mean nobody can give you a registration number for it, so treat a seller who offers one as a reason to slow down. On a delivered project the checks that matter are the title chain, the approved layout and the papers on your own unit.
