We are a Rajasthan RERA-registered real estate agent, registration RAJ/A/2026/21898, held by Pradeep Yadav, valid to 3 June 2031. You can verify it on the official Rajasthan RERA portal. An agent registration confirms we are registered to operate; it is not a title guarantee, and we always recommend an independent property lawyer for the final title and agreement review.
Whose side are we on? (representation)
We act in more than one capacity depending on the deal, so it is fair to state it plainly:
- Seller's agent, on properties an owner gives us to sell.
- Buyer advisor, when we help you search, compare and negotiate a purchase.
- Open-listing broker, many of our listings are non-exclusive and may also be marketed by other agents.
- Dual representative, occasionally both sides of the same deal come through us. When that happens we tell both parties before any token, so nobody is negotiating blind.
Brokerage is transparent: the Bhiwadi convention is roughly 1% buyer + 1% seller, it is negotiable, and it is payable only on a closed deal.
